Short-term Organizational Analysis: This is an affordable option for many, where you just need help with the big picture and a path to move forward. Based on your business objectives, we will conduct an assessment and identify strengths and risks and deliver a report with recommendations. This will provide you with an overall strategy to move forward. Usually done in five to ten business days.
3 Months Engagement: Review of current business objectives, assess at a comprehensive level the company's current technology vendor, and software applications and tools. Identify risks, make recommendations in each of these areas, provide overall strategy to move forward. Deliverable is a comprehensive report with a clear action plan or you, the client to then execute, however here we stay onboard to facilitate the ramp of key initiatives of these new technology initiatives and then hand-off to you.
6 Month Engagement In addition to the above, we will take on a project-based engagement where we will be leading a project(s) for you alongside your teams, bringing in additional resources, tools as needed
12 Month Engagement: Same as above but we will stay onboard to see the key initiatives through completion, provide executive leadership of product development teams, strategies, etc. This is the minimum retainer for full time commitment, with options to extend. In this role I would be acting as an embedded part of your core team executive, driving key initiatives for you, to completion.
